You have brutal customer service, do not answer emails or massages on IG, and your ups shipment sucked and I’m still waiting for it
Zero Communication on my order, Shipped one item , no word on the other its been OVER TWO WEEKS!
It’s now been 47 days since I placed my order, on which I was charged almost 40% duties fee, and it still has not arrived. I’ve emailed several times with no reply. I ordered through Shop and there is no tracking number. I understand customs may take awhile to the US, but not this long. If someone would respond just to tell me possibly what’s happening maybe I would feel better. It’s holiday sales time and we are going to sell out. Very unfortunate. I will have to find a different supplier.

My customers are writing me asking when their orders will be shipped and it’s just frustrating not knowing what to say at this point.
Please at least respond to your messages. If your products are not available just make it known. It’s really annoying!!!!
These bottles are a major ticket to my success! I can't do without them and love that the company is Canadian!
