I love Belux and their product! I also love supporting a Canadian business. But I’m so disappointed to say it has been over three weeks and I have still not received my 200 mL plastic jars with silver lids. I have emailed half a dozen times over the past two weeks and someone said they would resolve the issue and it still hasn’t been. With my upcoming market, I’m not going to be able to have enough jars for my product. It’s really disappointing because I always love how fast their shipping is! I truly don’t know what else to do so I’m hoping someone reaches out to me so I can change this review.
This company has seriously gone downhill and we are looking for a new supplier to give our business. An order was placed a week ago and their website states 1-3 business days for processing. I’ve sent THREE emails, DM’d on Instagram and have been completely GHOSTED after spending several hundred dollars. Zero phone number on the website for contact. This is fraudulent activity and is incredibly maddening. I now have a frustrated wholesale partner waiting on an order and I can provide them with no ETA.
Ordered these in July and still have not received. After numerous emails and no replies I am claiming fraud.
Really sad for a company to go down this path. We did enjoy the products until they took our money and left us high and dry.
I have ordered from Belux before and each time I have received ordered with 1 to a few bottles broken....not that big of a deal. This order was placed on the 10th of August and was weeks before it was event processed (even though the website says 1-3 business days for processing). I tried to contact Belux several times via email with no response, checking on the order. I then went through social media to message them, again, no response. There is no contact number listed anywhere on the site OR with a google search. I then found Belux sells through Etsy, so I messaged them through Etsy. I finally received a response through their Etsy shop. They said they'd check on the order. I had to do this a few times before I received a message that the order had been processed. I FINALLY received the order today, Aug 29 via FedEx. The driver wanted to hand it to me instead of leaving at door because he noticed it sounded like broken glass (he noticed the fragile labels). He shook it slightly for me and said I could just sign to refuse delivery and of course I did. This is frustrating since I waited weeks for the order to even be processed only to receive it damaged. I sent an email to request the refund for returned shipment. I only hope I get a response to that email.
The plastic cap be reals easily. If you are planning to restock please include metal lids
